Plant Based Go-To

HealthyPlantBasedMeal We all like simplicity, right? Here is an incredibly simple, go-to plant based (almost fully raw!) meal for lunch or dinner. Lemon, garlic and fresh veggies make it delicious and full of natural flavor! Fill the entire plate up and eat until you are satisfied! The beauty of eating plants is you can eat a lot and you will still feel light, fantastic and full of energy!

Generous handful of Spinach

1/2 a pepper (Red, orange, or yellow)

1 cup of Broccoli

1/4 cup cherry Tomatoes

1/4 cup Garbanzo Beans

1 clove of chopped Garlic

Squeeze a full fresh lemon over the top

Add a pinch of salt and pepper (eventually you can go without!)

Optional: Add vinegar and/or a bit of olive oil if you'd like further flavor

 Feel free to shift the ingredient list to add new veggies or different kinds of beans as you like! These are great ingredients to consistently have on hand.
