I was first introduced to Qnity at Serious Business 2014, and I immediately fell in LOVE. I had the opportunity to take one of the very first Q+A Classes offered and it changed the way I looked at everything. First of all, having a Qplan is a constant reminder of why I do what I do and the direction I’m going. If I get discouraged I pull it out and remember the reasons why I get up and come to work everyday. Those reasons include my husband, Brad, and our hopefully growing family. Being able to provide my household with stability and a better life is amazing. Secondly, the Tuesday Tracker is a Godsend. Tracking my sales & client count really keeps me focused. My average ticket has gone from $70 to $111+ since September. Lastly, Qnity reminded me of the lost art of the hand written note. I have began sending my Guests thank you notes and I have noticed a rise in my retention. It helps me to remember that I wouldn’t be able to accomplish anything with out my Guests. The one thing I am the most passionate about is educating stylists. I want more than anything to see all of my teammates succeed and achieve all of their goals. After all, you are only as strong as the team that stands with you. I hope that becoming an ambassador will allow me to further lead by example, and unite my team. Earn more money. Do what you love. Have a life.
