My favorite part about Qnity is that it brings the entire salon staff together as a supportive team instead of a competition of numbers. My salon cheers for each other to grow and to become a stronger stylist!

Since taking Qnity, I am more aware of my own progress and growth. Before I would only learn about my behavior with services/clients at a one-on-one with my manager. I feel in control of my day at work. I can easily focus on anything and achieve my goals.

My own retail numbers have gone up pretty dramatically, thanks to always using 4×4 ways on every client. My station neighbor is easily growing her client count thanks to our referral program and the inner circle!
