OVERVIEW

As a Qnity Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting salons, spas, and medspa businesses with Qnity’s suite of transformative offerings, making a lasting impact on their growth and success, while having the opportunity to earn significant income and personal development. This role is primarily an inside sales position, and the BDR will be focused on generating and converting qualified leads into new business for Qnity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Expand Qnity’s market share by developing new business and working through channel partnerships.

  • The Business Development Role works to prospect, identify, and engage potential clients primarily through (but not limited to) inside sales efforts. This role requires a high volume of cold calling and emailing.

  • Work through Qnity’s vast partnerships, networks reps, manufacturers, distributors, and technology companies to collaborate on winning targets.

  • Leverage Qnity’s CRM system building upon existing target lists. 

  • Present and demonstrate our comprehensive portfolio of education and consulting services, showcasing the value and impact they can bring to clients' businesses.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and client success teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

  • Demonstrate ability to meet or exceed targets.

  • Represent Qnity at events and trade shows occasionally.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years of relevant sales industry experience.

  • Inside Sales Experience in a B2B remote environment with proven ability to hit or exceed targets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent technology skills and experience in a CRM solution such as Hubspot or Salesforce

  • ‘Hunter Mentality’ ability to work on large volume of accounts to generate most qualified leads

  • Exceptional Organization and Follow Up Skills

  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in fast pace, small company

  • Critical thinker and problem solver

  • Results Driven and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets

  • Self Starter, Growth-Minded

  • Direct sales experience to salons, spas, and/or medspas is preferred but not required

ROLE OUTLINE:

  • Prospecting: The vast majority of this role will be consistent outreach to a minimum of 200 businesses per week. Primary outreach activities are cold calling, emailing, and managing follow up to book meetings with prospective customers. 

  • Reporting and Documentation: Keeping exceptional records of sales activities includes calls made, meetings held, and prospects made using Hubspot’s CRM system. 

  • Work through Qnity’s Channel Partners: Engage and build relationships with Partner Sales Representatives through Qnity’s vast partnership network to expand Qnity’s sales efforts.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Base Salary of $55,000 + commission on first year revenues of won leads. Uncapped commission potential.
