BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

As a Qnity Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting salons, spas, and medspa businesses with Qnity’s suite of transformative offerings, making a lasting impact on their growth and success, while having the opportunity to earn significant income and personal development. This role is primarily an inside sales position, and the BDR will be focused on generating and converting qualified leads into new business for Qnity.

DIRECTOR OF SALES

The Director of Sales for the Qnity Business Division is responsible for growing B2B sales of Qnity products and services within the salon, spa, and medspa market. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales skills, proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets, leadership, organization, integration of talent and departments, management of partnership channels and an intimate understanding of the beauty and wellness industry. 

MARKETING MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts to salons, spas, and medspas to drive the adoption of Qnity’s products and services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, excellent written communicator, and a doer with a strong background in digital marketing, product marketing, channel marketing.
